I need your help with a quick, pre-meeting exercise. I need you to anonymously share your thoughts on a few bigger areas so that we can try to address any needs/concerns at the upcoming national sales meeting in Miami.

The point of this exercise is to give you a little time to think about suggestions that would help you do your job. We aren't looking for pats on the back, nor are we looking to create a platform to air grievance, but we are looking for your honest input on what could help you sell more, be more efficient, learn more, try different things, and overall be successful in your region. You are on the front line and the conversations you have, successes or failures you experience, feedback you receive, are all critical important for us to consider in our planning.

Another side benefit of using this format is that you get to experience the look and feel of surveys we will start sending to our customers in 2011.
