 PlascoTrac is simple to install and quickly will become an integrated part
of your school procedures. Here is a little step-by-step scenario...of course
your school's policies may vary:
- Student walks up to a PlascoTrac
Station and scans their student ID card.
- Student record appears on
the screen for the attendant, where they can verify that the correct
student has
scanned their ID card and a violation is selected from a drop down
list.
- PlascoTrac “Rapid Pass” is
issued with student information, date and time stamped, violation type and disciplinary
action issued.
- The
student has now been tracked and reports are ready for printing.
PlascoTrac also has the ability to automatically transfer data to your student
management system.
It really is that simple. And, because our application can be
integrated with your existing student management software (like Pinnacle and
similar), you are not just adding these wonderful features to your school,
you are also not introducing another "disconnected" system. This saves you
