PlascoTrac Student Reporting PlascoTrac Report modules give you the ability to analyze the data you capture in the system and organize the data into a clear, graphical form for all sorts of presentation. Daily reports provide a summary of activity for the day. You may print reports for each infraction type. If any Intervention Letters are triggered, you may quickly print out these letters. PlascoTrac delinquent report can be used to list all students who failed to show up to serve an assigned after-school detention. When disciplinary action is needed, our module allows users the ability to review and print every student record who received a specific Action Type for a particular date. An example may be, view a list of all students who received detentions. The screen capture here shows how PlascoTrac can produce reports showing useful statistical data in an easy to read chart format. These reports highlight trends and show administratorswhich disciplinaryareas need improvement.
