Customers Drive Our Development
We developed PlascoTrac in 2000 as a request from one of our current customers. Since then, our customers have driven the majority of our innovations. At PlascoTrac we stand behind every product we sell. Not just when the sales team is there making the pitch, but long after the sale. As our customer list has grown, we have started to realize that no two schools are alike. After we complete projects, we come back and perform interviews with every customer after the install. We follow up regularly, often re-training staff on the PlascoTrac system (mainly because school attendance offices have so much turnover), and we keep in touch with our customers. Keeping in touch, keeps us in-touch with the schools, what they face and the unique ways they use PlascoTrac.
