Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to pair your Motorola ES400 mobile with your new Zebra MZ 220 printer.
Step 1: From the Home screen, select the Windows flag on the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2: Select Settings.

Step 3: On the Settings screen, select Bluetooth.

Step 4: In Bluetooth under the COM Ports tab, delete the prior printer by tapping and holding the stylus on the item number until the menu appears. Once the menu appears, tap Delete.

Step 5: Under the Devices tab in Bluetooth, delete the prior printer by again tapping and holding the stylus on the item number until the menu appears. Then tap Delete.

Step 6: Now that the other printer is deleted from the Motorola settings, you are ready to pair the new printer with the device. Turn on your new Zebra MZ 220 printer.
Step 7: In Bluetooth under the Devices tab, select Add New Device.

Step 8: Select the printer (numbers will match the serial number on the back of the printer), and then tap Next on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 9: Leave the Passcode field blank, and tap Next.

Step 10: Next, tap No. On the following screen, tap Adance on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 11: In Partnership Settings, select Serial Port, and tap Save on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 12: On the main Bluetooth screen, select COM Ports on the top left. On the following screen, select the printer, and tap Next.

Step 13: In Ports, select COM3. Then, uncheck Secure Connection. Tap Finish on the bottom right, and you're done!
